Passivhaus Institut (PHI)
An independent research institute formed in 1996 by Dr. Wolfgang Feist in Germany to develop the Passive House concept incorporated in the first passive houses built in 1990 with research, development of the Passive House Planning Package (PHPP) energy modeling software program, training and certification of passive house consultants and buildings, and testing and certification of components meeting its performance standards.
International Passive House Alliance (IPHA)
A program of PHI, the IPHA is a global network for passive house knowledge and works to promote the Passive House Standard worldwide.
Passipedia
An online passive house information portal of the IPHA with free articles as well as articles available only to members of IPHA.
North American Passive House Network (NAPHN)
The Network is a virtual information hub that shares up-to-date news, events, and other knowledge resources related to Passive House in the United States. A cooperative of North American regional and state passive house advocacy and trade associations with members including Passive House Northwest, Passive House California, New York Passive House, Passive House Maine, Passive House, Rocky Mountains, Western Pennsylvania Passive House, and Passive House Canada.
